Production Operative - Melton(HU14)

Are you looking for a full-time Production Operative role with a well-established manufacturing company? We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production team based in Melton, near Hull (HU14).

Pay & Hours

• £12.71 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Unpaid breaks

Rotating Shift Pattern

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift basis:

• 6:00am to 2:00pm - Morning Shift
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm - Afternoon Shift
• 10:00pm to 6:00am - Night Shift

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Your duties may include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Packing finished products
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Working to production targets
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Working effectively as part of a team

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or factory environment (essential)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work as part of a team
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work all rotating shifts

Location

This role is based in Melton (HU14). Due to the rotating shift pattern and limited public transport, own transport is essential.
