We're steeped in history having serviced our local communities, candidates and clients for over 40 years.

Our newly-formed group has been made up of 6 of the regions best independent agencies, all of whom have been incredibly successful in their own right. We've joined forces as The Recruitment Group because all 6 of these agencies shared the same goal of putting the human touch back in to recruitment.

Covering a multitude of sectors across multiple locations needs experienced characters at the helm and there are none better in the industry than Paul Hipkiss and Mark Taylor with a combined agency senior management and director level experience between them of over 45 years they know what it takes to make a successful recruitment business. Having 2 Managing Directors within the group allows each to play to their strengths, Mark having a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight into the heavily regulated world of 'food' and FMCG will be focusing on growing this sector for the business, whilst Paul will be managing 8 of our central branches and the remaining 9 sectors.
