We’re currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, multinational manufacturing business based in Rothley. This is a long-term opportunity with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, offering stability and development within a busy warehouse environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the finished goods operation, ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance, along with equipment such as reel clamps and PPTs
• Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
• Preparing finished goods for dispatch in line with schedules
• Loading vehicles when required
• Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and stock records
• Identifying damaged stock or quality issues
• Supporting stock counts and inventory control
• Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
