Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00
The Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy recycling and waste management site based in Loughborough.
This is a hands-on role with a strong FLT focus, working within a friendly and fast-paced yard environment. Immediate starts available.
The Role
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely around the yard
- Moving pallets and recycling materials
- Loading skips and designated waste areas
- Sorting cardboard, glass and recyclable materials
- Supporting general site housekeeping and safety
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous FLT driving experience
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Physically fit and happy with manual duties
What You’ll Get
- Ongoing, full-time work
- Monday to Friday shifts – no weekends
- Early finish at 4pm
