Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire, for a reliable and hardworking Fencing Labourer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure consistent, full-time work within the fencing and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the installation of various types of fencing (timber, metal, security fencing, etc.)
Preparing sites, including digging post holes and clearing ground
Loading and unloading materials and tools
Supporting skilled tradespeople on-site
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
Maintaining tools and equipment
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Previous experience in fencing, construction, or general labouring preferred but not essential
Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
