VNA driver (nights)
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driver to join our warehouse team on the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating VNA trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VNA trucks safely to pick, put away, and replenish stock
- Work at height within narrow aisles using wire-guided or rail-guided systems
- Accurately pick orders in line with company targets and KPIs
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults or damages
- Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Valid and in-date VNA forklift licence
- Previous experience operating VNA trucks in a warehouse setting
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to work at height and in narrow aisle environments
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a high-volume distribution centre
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
