Vehicle Trimmer

The Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with an established and reputable company based in Banbury to recruit a skilled and motivated Vehicle Trimmer.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality trimming, upholstery, and interior finishes across a range of vehicles. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and producing durable, professional results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fit interior materials for vehicles

• Trim and upholster seats, panels, headliners, and interior components

• Repair, refurbish, and replace damaged upholstery and fittings

• Install flooring, linings, panels, and finishing trims

• Interpret technical drawings and job specifications

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve high-quality finishes

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in vehicle trimming, upholstery, or automotive interiors

• Proficiency with trimming tools and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret measurements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift materials as required
