Job Title: Fencing Labourer

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Blaby, Leicestershire, for a reliable and hardworking Fencing Labourer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure consistent, full-time work within the fencing and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation of various types of fencing (timber, metal, security fencing, etc.)
• Preparing sites, including digging post holes and clearing ground
• Loading and unloading materials and tools
• Supporting skilled tradespeople on-site
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
• Maintaining tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience in fencing, construction, or general labouring preferred but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
