We're on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a temporary contract until December 2021
About the role:
As an Administrator, your main responsibility is to support the sites running procurement processes to efficiently manage suppliers and spend. In addition to this, your responsibilities include:
Contributing to improve procurement operations
Improve responsiveness on turnaround time and on-time delivery
Support responsive turnaround times for internal departments
Effectively control order management process and work with suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are met
Maintain pricing, lead times and other relevant data
Be proactive in managing any discrepancies and price amendments
Liaise with the finance team on invoice discrepancies to ensure continuity of supply and have the ability to address invoice queries and take appropriate action to correct them
About You:
Do you have previous experience working as an Administrator? To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, be a strong problem solver, be a team player and have the confidence to interact with stakeholders on all levels of the organisation.
