We're on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a temporary contract until December 2021

About the role:

As an Administrator, your main responsibility is to support the sites running procurement processes to efficiently manage suppliers and spend. In addition to this, your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to improve procurement operations

  • Improve responsiveness on turnaround time and on-time delivery

  • Support responsive turnaround times for internal departments

  • Effectively control order management process and work with suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are met

  • Maintain pricing, lead times and other relevant data

  • Be proactive in managing any discrepancies and price amendments

  • Liaise with the finance team on invoice discrepancies to ensure continuity of supply and have the ability to address invoice queries and take appropriate action to correct them

About You:

Do you have previous experience working as an Administrator? To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, be a strong problem solver, be a team player and have the confidence to interact with stakeholders on all levels of the organisation.
