Temporary HR Administrator

Location: Central Oxford 
Hours: 33.75 per week (Monday-Friday)

An established and welcoming organisation in central Oxford is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to provide professional administrative support within a busy HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to use your HR and administrative skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HR systems (e.g. Sage HR or similar).
- Support onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, training, and documentation.
- Manage reference requests and respond to HR enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and issue new starter paperwork for casual and temporary staff.
- Assist with maintaining staff databases and compliance records.
- Provide general administrative support across a range of HR activities. 
 
About You:
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with great communication skills.
