We're on the lookout for a HR Administrator to join our well-established and respected client based in Loughborough on a full time, temporary basis with possibility to become permanent.
 
About the role:
As a HR Administrator your main responsibilities will include:
 
HR:
  • Provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support to supervisors and employees, including but not limited to job changes, sickness absence and leavers
  • Manage the new starter on-boarding process and conduct employee inductions
  • Manage family leave administration processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave)
  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Respond to general queries from employees, direct to applicable policies and procedures, and escalating where appropriate
  • Administer and track probationary periods
  • Maintain and update employee records, both manual and computerised to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain our new starter, leaver, and headcount reports
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing information to, and liaising closely with, our client’s payroll team
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and updates in line with best practice
  • Undertake project work within HR and sites as required
 
LEGAL:
  • Assist in drafting and progression of standard correspondence, contracts, and other Documentation
  • Legal file and diary management
  • Improve and maintain internal communication site
 
About you:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must:
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and approachable manner
  • Have outstanding organisational skills to operate in a dynamic environment so the ability to juggle priorities is critical
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal customers, management and outside vendors
  • Be a team player who can also work independently
  • Possess professionalism, trust and confidentiality
  • Have strong MS Office and Outlook skills with ability to quickly learn and use new systems and applications.
