Factory Labourer – Rotating Shifts (Mon–Fri)

Location: Around 30 minutes’ drive from Hull (no public transport available)
Hours:

• Morning Shift: 06:30 – 14:30

• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 14:30 – 22:30
  Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual looking for a hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment? We’re recruiting Factory Labourers to join a well-established producer of advanced agricultural and animal health products — working within a team that values quality and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting production line operations

• General factory duties including packing, sorting and materials handling

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

• Assisting with basic machine operations and quality checks

• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

Shift Pattern

You’ll be part of a rotating shift schedule working Monday to Friday, either:

• 06:30 – 14:30
  or

• 14:30 – 22:30

This rotation ensures fair access to both shift times.

Driver Essential

Due to the location approximately 30 minutes from Hull, and no public transport options that align with shift times, you must have access to your own transport and a full driving licence.
This role isn’t accessible by bus or train to meet the required hours — reliable travel is essential.

About You

• Willing to work physically and stay motivated throughout the shift

• Good team player with a positive attitude

• Basic numeracy and communication skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
