We're on the lookout for an Export Coordinator to join our well-established and respected client on a 12-month temporary basis.

Full-time
£13.26 per hour
12 months with possible further extension
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
About the role:
As an Export Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts for customers, distributors and hubs for shipments dispatched to over 70 countries globally
Making bookings with freight suppliers
Liaising with various internal departments, particularly various Customer Care groups and the operations team
About you:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills, as the team deal with people globally in multi timelines
Ensuring customer focus at all times
Able to work under pressure, particularly at month ends
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of working within an export/logistics/regulatory/quality environment
Comprehensive knowledge of international exporting and shipping requirements
Experience of working in a warehouse/distribution environment
Computer Literacy eg Microsoft Office, Oracle
Ability to work successfully in a small team, and able to go between filing and freight negotiations seamlessly.
Transportation knowledge, particularly international.
Understanding of regulatory requirements.
Understanding of global trade compliance requirements.
