We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our well-established and respected client based in Bracknell on a 12-month temporary basis.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage and resolve customer issues / complaints over the phone
Making outbound customer calls
Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Create resolutions for disputes and complaints, including credit control
Drive strong inclusive team working patterns to achieve targets though tier process
Complaint and case management through SAP and other systems
Do you have previous experience as a Customer Service Representative dealing with customer complaints? To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and understand urgency of customer requirements. As well as having high attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and ability to work well with different stakeholders.
Alongside a fantastic role, benefits include flexibility to work from home (training will be provided in the Bracknell office). This role is Monday – Friday (36.25 hours per week) and offers £13.47 per hour.
