As the Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Reconcile and place orders & supplier purchase orders
- Liaise with customers to help with their queries and delivery issues
- Be responsible for updating and housekeeping of the orders inbox.
- Validating orders against supplier invoices and making amendments and dispatching goods
- Developing strong relationships with your colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Covering other office duties as and when needed
As the ideal Customer Service Administrator, you will have great communication skills to communicate with our customers and Suppliers alongside the ability to work efficiently within a busy, fast paced office environment.
Knowledge of Xero is desirable, not essential as training will be given
Experience with Unleashed Packaged is desirable, not essential as training will be given
