Administrator – £14.00 per Hour Overtime

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

The Recruitment Group is looking for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Administrator to join a friendly team supporting a range of exciting fundraising projects.

This is a varied administrative role involving order processing, paperwork, data input, CRM management and coordinating the dispatch and return of completed packs.

• Weekly pay
• Overtime paid after 45 hours per week

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Flexibility might be required.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the operation.

You'll be responsible for generating order paperwork, managing the dispatch of paperwork and completed packs, carrying out accurate data input and keeping information up to date across a range of systems.

The role involves using a number of different platforms and services, including CRM systems, Google Sheets, FileMaker, Royal Mail, Click & Drop and DPD shipping services.

You'll also be responsible for managing the intake of completed packs, ensuring they are received, recorded and processed correctly.

This is a busy and varied administrative role where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential. You'll need to be comfortable working across different systems, managing paperwork and keeping on top of multiple tasks and deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Generating accurate order paperwork
• Managing the dispatch of paperwork and packs
• Preparing documentation for outgoing orders
• Handling accurate data input and updating records
• Using CRM systems to maintain and manage customer/order information
• Using Google Sheets for data management and tracking
• Using FileMaker to input, update and retrieve information
• Processing shipments using Royal Mail, Click & Drop and DPD
• Managing the intake and receipt of completed packs
• Recording and checking incoming completed packs
• Ensuring paperwork and packs are correctly matched and accounted for
• Carrying out regular checks to ensure information is accurate
• Filing and organising paperwork and digital records
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively
• Meeting daily deadlines and productivity targets
• Maintaining accurate records throughout the process
• Working closely with the Admin Manager and wider team
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the operation

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and takes pride in getting things right.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good computer skills and confidence using different systems
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• The ability to learn and navigate new software and systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets or similar systems
• The ability to work accurately with paperwork and digital information
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills
• The ability to work well as part of a small, friendly team

Experience with CRM systems, FileMaker, Royal Mail, Click & Drop or DPD would be advantageous, but full training will be provided on the specific systems and processes where required.

An Important Role Behind the Scenes

This isn't simply a data-entry position. You'll be an important part of the process, helping ensure orders are accurately prepared, paperwork is dispatched on time and completed packs are received and processed correctly.

You'll be working across a variety of systems and processes, so no two days will necessarily be exactly the same.
