Which of our core values do you feel like you resonate with the most & why?
Caring- I prioritize the needs of others and often put myself in other peoples shoes before making any decisions. I also really resonate with 'Driven' as I am very goal-oriented and I set high standards which I commit to achieve alongside the rest of the business
How do you inspire & motivate your team to produce the best results?
Ensure there is always a clear end goal and we are all pulling in the right direction . I do this by being a good listener and always open to ideas from the wider branch network, in addition to this always giving credit where credit is due.
How do you ensure TRG continues to exceed client expectations in such a competitive industry?
We always personalise any customer offers to suit their expectations and operation as its not one size fits all in this industry. We are very consistent in our delivery and I feel this sets us aside from the rest.
Is there an initiative or project you've completed whilst you've been at the company that you're particularly proud of?
Yes, upon joining the business I was passed a project to grow our Rugby location and over the space of 18 months I had increased the branches weekly revenue x12. I created a brand new team within the area and we generated some long lasting client relationships and won some fantastic key accounts which we still supply today.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to a leadership role?
Lead by example & don’t be afraid to role your sleeves up. Listening and clear lines of communication are also key.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love a good party, socialising, travelling and creating new memories with my with family, and finding new places to explore. I also enjoy getting creative at family events by creating things such as balloon arches and grazing boards.
