How long have you been part of The Recruitment Group team, and what brought you in?
I’ve been hanging around the office for as long as I can remember! I came in with the MD and quickly decided this was the best place to keep spirits high and tails wagging.
What do you enjoy most about being at TRG?
Definitely all the pats, cuddles, and meeting everyone who comes through the door. I also love supervising snack time and making sure everyone gets a little extra cheer throughout the day.
Which of TRG’s core values resonates most with you, and why?
I’d say caring! I’m always looking out for the team, making sure everyone feels happy and supported. And a wagging tail goes a long way!
How do you support the team and keep morale high?
I’m always on duty to greet people, offer comfort during busy days, and make sure no one forgets to take a quick break for a smile (or a scratch behind the ears).
Is there a project you’re particularly proud of?
Absolutely, I’ve perfected the art of office cuddles and ensuring every visitor leaves with a grin. Some might call it morale-boosting, I just call it my daily duties.
What do you most enjoy doing in your spare time?
Napping in the sun, sniffing around the office, and making sure the MD doesn’t work too hard without a paw on their knee.
