What excites you the most about your role at The Recruitment Group in today’s recruitment landscape?

I have always enjoyed challenges so the opportunity of building a driving division in it’s entirety was something that really got me excited

Which of our core values do you resonate with the most, and why?

I have always enjoyed working with people and various sized teams therefore the whole slogan of being driven by people is something the really resonates with me

How do you inspire and motivate your team to produce the best results?

I am naturally a positive, forward-thinking person, and I believe that coming into the office with a smile and an optimistic outlook naturally inspires those around me. I am also a strong believer in doing the right things at the right time, and combined with persistence, I find this approach consistently leads to the best possible results.

How do you ensure TRG continues to exceed client expectations in such a competitive industry?

I strive to lead by example, giving my full effort to motivate the team while maintaining complete honesty and transparency in all interactions.

Is there an initiative or project you’ve completed while at the company that you're particularly proud of?

None that I can think of!

What advice would you give to someone aspiring to a leadership role?

Give 100% effort in all that you can do and try to think about how you come across to other people looking up to you

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I like to spend time with my family, we have also just had an 8 week old puppy so he also takes up a lot of our time! When I’m not doing this I’m abit of a petrol head so love to get out on my motorbike as often as I can!
