Warehouse Operative – Coleshill (£12.80 per hour)

Temp to Perm | Rotating Shifts | Immediate Starts Available | New Site Launch | Working with beauty, clothing & household products.

• Basic hourly rate: £12.80
• Overtime (Mon–Fri): £19.20 per hour (time and a half) for hours worked over 37.5 per week which falls on a weekday.
• Overtime (Weekends): £25.60 per hour (double time) for any hours over 37.5 that fall on a Saturday or Sunday

Location: Coleshill
Please note: due to limited public transport, own transport is essential or you must live locally.

Working Hours:
This is a 7-day operation with rotating shifts on a weekly basis;

• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 00:00
  5 working days per week (including weekends as part of rotation)
• Required to be available 5 out of 7 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Packing customer orders to a high standard.
• Ensuring all packed items and sorted and sent to customers officially.
• Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends (on a rota basis)
• Picking & packing experience preferred
• Motivated and ambitious.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
