What you’ll do as the Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor:
- Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.
- Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.
Requirements of the Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- MOT Tester qualification.
- 10 years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
