Due to continued growth they are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist their Asset Finance Brokers. Working in a team of 3 the main duties will include:
- Updating contracts through the system
- Answering all inbound phone calls and relaying to appropriate brokers.
- Financial Administration
- Communication with clients to ensure documentation is correct and compliant
- Using a CRM database to update client records
- Liaise with clients regarding their loans etc
- Supporting 2 Directors with general administration
Our client is looking for a motivated and organised individual who is looking for an office role that offers progression and the opportunity to learn the finance industry. Administration experience is desirable however, this is not essential as full training will be given. A confident telephone manner is required for this busy role as is the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
