Sales Administrator
Are you a confident and highly organised individual? Do you have a warm personality and a proactive approach to sales? Are you looking to join a close knit team on a long term basis?
In this role, you will play an important role in supporting sales activity, developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
- Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
- Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
- Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.
