About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable D2 Reach Truck Driver to join our busy, fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can work efficiently under pressure, maintain high standards of accuracy, and contribute to the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved, stored, and replenished safely and efficiently to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a D2 reach truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Placing and retrieving pallets from racking at various heights.
- Completing put-away, replenishment, and stock movement tasks.
- Supporting picking and packing operations where required.
- Ensuring all goods are handled accurately and with care.
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults or damage.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Working towards daily targets and meeting strict operational deadlines.
Requirements
- A valid and in-date D2 reach truck licence.
- Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Flexibility to support changing operational requirements.
