Pay: £12.81 - £14.64 (DOE)
Hours: 06:00am – 16:00pm
Days: Monday to Friday
The Role
The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Quick Fix Technician to join a busy automotive workshop. This role focuses on high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring finishes meet original factory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out quick fix cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including polishing and rectification of minor paint defects
Removing scratches and correcting minor paintwork to a high standard
Ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed from newly painted panels, achieving a factory-finish result
Completing all company documentation accurately and following internal procedures
Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency
Supporting and training junior technicians when required
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a Quick Fix / Cosmetic Repair role (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
Excellent attention to detail
A strong passion for the motor industry and pride in delivering work to the highest standards
Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise when needed
