Location: Coalville
Pay Rate: £16.62 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am)
Please note: Due to the site's location and lack of public transport, you must have your own transport.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality clay and concrete building products, supplying some of the UK's most recognised names in the construction industry. They're looking for reliable, hard-working Production Operatives to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to working safely. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential – full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring product quality and removing any defective items.
- Keeping production running smoothly while minimising downtime.
- Working as part of a team to achieve safety, quality and production targets.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Getting stuck in wherever needed to support the production process.
What we're looking for
- A safety-first mindset.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who isn't afraid of hard work and is happy to get stuck in.
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Own transport is essential due to the location.
