We’re on the lookout for Print Room Operatives to join our client’s team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering long-term prospects and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities as a Print Room Operative:
- Mixing inks to precise specifications for automotive printing processes
- Following formulas, batch instructions, and production schedules accurately
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product standards are met
- Maintaining accurate records for traceability and process control
- Working closely with production teams to meet output targets
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn technical processes, including colour matching and ink systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Practical and hands-on approach, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
The Details:
- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
- Based in Witney
- Long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity
- £13.41 per hour
- Paid overtime available, including up to double pay on Sundays
