Practice Manager

We’re recruiting for a Practice Manager on behalf of a friendly, multi-disciplinary clinic based in Banbury. This maternity cover position offers a full handover and continued support, making it an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice.

£15–£17 per hour (dependant on experience)
Part-time (3–4 full days per week)
9:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible)

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

• Acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and support staff

• Overseeing administrative processes, internal systems, and compliance (H&S, COSHH, fire safety)

• Supporting people management tasks, reception standards, and team communication

• Coordinating meetings, practice events, and assisting with in-clinic marketing activities

About you:

• Previous experience in a practice, office, or operational management role

• Highly organised with strong communication skills

• Confident using digital systems, databases, and spreadsheets

• Approachable, professional, and able to work independently

• Experience within healthcare or a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
