Payroll and HR Administrator
Our client, a well established organisation with traditional values, are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator at their HQ based in a rural location in South Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that enjoy a varied workload and offers the flexibility of a hybrid role, where you will spend 3 days in the office & work 2 days from home.
You will already be an efficient administrator with experience in all Payroll processes, with a sound knowledge of Sage & ideally, some general experience of HR Admin.
Duties will include the management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages & ensuring employees are paid correctly & on time.
In addition, you will also assist the HR department with general administration tasks.
You will have strong numeracy skills, be able to multitask effectively & possess excellent communication skills, both verbally & written.
