Experienced Outbound Call Centre Agent – Based Onsite (first 4 weeks)
Salary: £9.90ph + bonus (Paid MONTHLY)
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing contract – 6 months approx. initially
You MUST have min 6 months call centre / telesales / telephone based customer services experience – this is essential
Role:
Outbound calling - previous call centre / customer service experience is essential
Completing business to business surveys and questionnaires
Surveys will be approx. 20 - 25 minutes
All calls will be monitored for compliance purposes
Meeting set targets
Data entry
Full training will be given
