We're on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

About the role:

As a Maintenance Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling maintenance (PPM) visits

  • Updating site and equipment information

  • Co-ordinating attendances with customers

  • Matching capacity to availability Reporting on due/overdue PPM visits

About you:

Do you have previous experience in administration? To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with efficient process management skills. As well as having high attention to detail, working to tight deadlines and the ability to work well with different stakeholders.

All training will be provided to ensure you are familiar with internal systems and processes.
