We are currently sourcing a Logistics Supervisor to join our well-established client in Eynsham.
The ideal candidate would have some supervisory/managerial experience and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Logistics Operation on a client site
Train operatives and monitor performance and progress
Safely load and unload vehicles and deliver materials to the production line
Ensure processes are closely followed and quality management processes are up to date
Hands-on position supervising an established team of operatives to receive goods and deliver them to the production line at a client’s site also in Enysham.
You will be working with high value equipment in an environment where safety and quality are our top priority.
The role is process-driven and involves both manual handling and use of MHE.
About you:
Ability to travel to our client site in Eynsham, West Oxfordshire (accessible via public transport)
A good level English language
Experience of supervisory or team leader responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Professional conduct and an ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers is essential.
The details:
£28,000 per annum DOE
Discretionary bonus
Overtime opportunities
Monday - Friday
