Do you have a keen interest in science and want to kick start your career?
We are looking for a Laboratory Support to join our client's team in Witney. This is an entry-level opportunity offering full training and excellent prospects for career development, with opportunity to quickly progress to Laboratory Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out laboratory testing in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct fluid analysis, including particle contamination, water content and fluid ageing tests.
- Perform component cleanliness testing to support product quality control.
- Record and maintain test results, reports and data.
- Liaise with customers regarding test results, reports and any technical queries.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised laboratory environment, including waste disposal.
About you:
- Essential - Science qualification (GCSE, A-Level, BTEC etc.)
- Essential - Scientific aptitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT skills using Excel
