Internal Recruiter

The Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for an internal recruiter for our client in Long Eaton. The role of an internal Recruiter is a fast paced role and will suit somebody who is driven and financially motivated as the incentive scheme is based around volume.

We are looking for a 360 recruiter or resourcer who wants to make the step in to an Internal Recruitment role, somebody who has experience in volume, permanent recruitment would be ideal, any exposure to engineering based recruitment or other candidate short markets would be beneficial.

You will have experience sourcing for candidates nationwide as this role will support our regional depots in operational based roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular candidate sourcing and headhunting activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offer management and post-placement follow up.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to achieve business goals and targets.

Requirements

• A background within Volume/Engineering Recruitment
• Experience using various sourcing methods including job boards and social media
• Confident manner with a focus on building strong internal relationships
• Be able to build talent pools around geographical areas and hard to find skill sets
• Good Judge of character with the ability to identify strong candidates and potential issues
• A basic knowledge of HR
