We are recruiting a HR & HSE Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer with headquarters in Oxfordshire & a large global presence across the US, EMEA & APAC.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days at home and 3 days split between their two West Oxfordshire locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the internal and external audit processes
  • Maintain, update and support the development of the Health Safety and Environmental management system
  • Project support alongside the HSE Compliance Officer
  • Assist with Near Miss Reporting process, including data entry
  • Completion of new starter process and leavers process, maternity / paternity / adoption processes
  • Supporting and updating the HRIS system
  • Management of various people processes including eye tests and sickness processes.
  • Management of the HR inbox, answering relevant queries as required or escalating.
The ideal HR & HSE Administrator will have a strong administrative background and a keen interest in HR & Health and Safety.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly.
