We are looking for Food Production Operatives to join a fantastic team in Fenmarc, based in Wisbech Elm!
The Benefits:
Overtime available
Temporary to Permanent positions.
No experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided.
Day Shift Pay & Shift Pattern:
Basic Pay: 10.50p/h
Overtime Pay: 13.13p/h
Working hours 8am – 8pm or 11am – 10pm
Night Shift Pay & Shift Pattern:
Basic Pay: £11.50 p/h
Overtime Pay: £14.13 p/h
Working hours: 10pm – 6am
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of the following duties:
Working on the production line assembling products
Packing of finished products
Quality checking at all stages of production
Ensuring correct product labelling
Loading machines with raw ingredients
Ensuring the workstation is kept clean and tidy in line with food hygiene standards.
Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety
Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
