Pay: £12.52 per hour (initial 12 weeks)
Contract: Temp to Perm – Permanent contract after 12 weeks
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week period.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for all general warehousing duties associated with FLT work, including loading/unloading, stock movement, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (with refresher completed)
✅ Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
✅ Good attention to detail and commitment to health & safety
