A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join a professional services organisation within their Business Support team based in Leamington Spa.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with AML, CTF, and compliance audits, recording outcomes and monitoring corrective actions
  • Maintaining compliance records, spreadsheets, and risk registers
  • Supporting file review processes and ensuring actions are completed within deadlines
  • Running reports and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance procedures are followed
  • Assisting with audit preparation, including Lexcel, CQS, and SRA requirements
  • Supporting onboarding queries and document verification checks
  • Providing administrative support for compliance training initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to support the smooth running of the compliance function
  • Undertaking general administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience supporting a compliance or risk team
  • An interest in technology and AI
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
