We're on the lookout for a Commissioning Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full-time, permanent basis.
Full time (37.5 hours) Monday – Friday
£20k per annum
About the role:
As a Commissioning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and issuing commissioning certification upon completion of works
Creating new site and equipment details on our database
Co-ordinating with suppliers to set up remote monitoring on fire and security systems
Producing O&M Manuals & H&S Booklets
Maintaining false alarm records on fire and security systems
Assist Commissioning Co-ordinator with scheduling works Holiday cover for Commissioning Co-ordinator
Engineer Stock takes and managing meter calibration
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be process driven and have a keen eye for detail.
