We are currently recruiting 4 x Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established client based in the Banbury area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, competitive pay, and full training for successful candidates.

Pay & Hours

£16.00 per hour PAYE
04:00 AM starts
Ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position

Location - Banbury OX16 4XS

The Role

• Delivering palletised boxed meat to butchers and wholesalers.
• Products are fully boxed and sealed – no handling of open meat products.
• Completing between 7-12 drops per day on average.
• Deliveries are typically concentrated within the same industrial estate or nearby locations, helping to minimise travel between drops.
• Routes cover areas north of Banbury up to Stoke-on-Trent and south towards Bristol and Reading.
• No London deliveries for agency drivers.

Training & Support

• Full two-week shadowing period with an experienced driver.
• Comprehensive route and delivery training provided before working independently.
• Excellent opportunity for newly qualified drivers to gain valuable experience.

Requirements

✔ Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
✔ Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
✔ Good customer service and communication skills
✔ Reliable and professional approach to work
✔ New passes are encouraged to apply

Desirable

⭐ Previous experience with refrigerated or temperature-controlled deliveries would be advantageous, but is not essential.
