We're on the lookout for Class 1 Night Divers to join our well-established client based in Wednesbury

The shift patterns available as a Class 1 Driver are 17:00 – 19:00.

Shift Patterns are Sunday to Thursday every week

Hourly rate £18.00 per hour (Monday to Thursday)

Hourly rate £19.00 per hour (Sunday)

About the Role

Our client is a utilities business that specialises in recycling and amenities for councils across the UK.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving a class 1 vehicle to a roadworthy standard.

  • You must know how to ratchet straps as you will have to secure the load.

  • Work is clean mainly RDC to RDC work you will only be expected to roll off trays at the end client

  • You must hold a current category C+E driving licence, CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.

  • Long term work available.

About You

Do you have previous experience working as a delivery driver? This is preferable, however, not essential - as full training can be provided.

As the ideal Class 1 Driver you will be able to work well as part of a team or on your own you must be a good communicator as you are the link between the client and customer.
