Shift work (days and nights)
Shift starts times based on a 12 week rotating schedule. 0600 - 2300 starts
£24,700 per year with 18% shift premium for nights
This is an amazing opportunity to work for a reputable and well established global company.
Daily duties include:
• Managing breakdown cases to secure maximum up time and keep customer and dealers informed about their case
• Receiving and accurately log customer requests within designated systems
• looking for and negotiate solutions to resolve cases and if necessary escalate to the appropriate person
•Organizing the payment conditions in relation to the breakdown case
•Establishing if any contractual commitments exist relative to all vehicle breakdowns
Good Customer service skills are essential for this role
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Handle the full breakdown process in the required languages for all products supported within the department and according to the procedure
- Assure an active follow-up of open cases via the monitor info
- Secure the financial arrangements related to a breakdown according to warranty, soft products and financial routines
- Escalate cases according to the escalation process
