About the Role
As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our door, Pay Rates start at £12.21 D.O.E
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks consistently
Operate espresso machines and grinders confidently
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee shop
Handle orders, payments, and customer queries efficiently
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Barista in a coffee shop environment
Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing
A passion for coffee and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
