The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will play an important role in the production process, ensuring components are assembled accurately and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assemble components efficiently and accurately in line with quality standards and production requirements.
- Use workshop hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support with a variety of ad hoc manufacturing and production duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience using workshop hand and power tools.
- Experience within manufacturing, production, assembly or a workshop environment is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable, hardworking and proactive approach to work.
