We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable business located in Eynsham who are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their business.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be involved in all day to day running of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing parcels for dispatch – Parcelforce/UPS
Placing orders from suppliers for stock.
Answering the phone and answering with any queries
Liaising with suppliers and customers via email
Key attributes include:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – incoming calls from client base, liaison with suppliers.
Computer experience essential – possess good keyboard and IT skills, proficient on Microsoft/Outlook platforms.
A good level of numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and use own initiative/attention to detail.
Have a flexible, organised and committed approach to work.
The opportunity exists to develop the job role over time.
Hours are – our normal hours are 0830 – 1730 Monday to Friday, however, our client are currently closing the office at 1700 Mon – Thurs & 1600 on Friday, this may become permanent in the future!
The salary for this role is circa £20,000.00 per annum
