This role will be supporting a Project Management team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
As the Administrator you will:
Provide a full range of team support /administrative duties
Assist with the preparation of tender documents, submissions and presentation documents
Be the first point of contact for client enquiries
Book travel arrangements for staff and Partners
Provide support to PA’s and Partners of the business
Complete quality assurance checks for documents being used
Plan and organise weekly team meetings
About the You
For this role, you should have experience in working as part of a team providing support. You will be a strong Administrator who is highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Your ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines will ensure your success in the role.
