Support all customers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to all enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with the Service Level Agreement.
- Provide expertise in product range and processes to Customers and Divisions’.
- Take responsibility for managing a Regional Account, ensuring that all information is proactively gathered and the installation works are completed as required.
- Ensure that all paperwork is up to date, and required reports are completed within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all relevant internal colleagues and customers.
- Ensure all paperwork is in place to enable fitting to be done “right first time”.
- Take ownership for investigating and recording all remedial and customer care orders.
