Which of our core values do you feel like you resonate with the most & why?  

Credible- I resonate with all our values, however I feel the most significant value is credible because credibility is essential, it establishes trust and confidence among employees, leadership, and external stakeholders. When HR is credible, it demonstrates consistency, fairness, and professionalism, which are critical for building a positive organisational culture. Credible HR professionals ensure that policies and practices are ethical and compliant, which minimises risks and strengthens the organisation's reputation. Furthermore, credibility empowers HR to effectively influence decision-making, mediate conflicts, and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

How do you inspire & motivate your team to produce the best results? 

Leading by example and ensuring that I am always available to support my team. I believe providing a safe space for open communication to express views and opinions on personal / work related issues helps. I try to foster a positive working environment for my team. 

How do you ensure TRG continues to exceed client expectations in such a competitive industry? 

As a team we can exceed expectations by maintaining a proactive approach to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions that align with their goals. By staying ahead of regulatory changes and ensuring thorough compliance, they build trust and mitigate risks for clients. Offering innovative tools for workforce management, transparent communication, and continuous support empowers clients to focus on their core operations while feeling confident in the agency's expertise.

What advice would you give to someone aspiring to a leadership role?  

Develop your self-awareness, understand your strengths and area’s to improve, to enable to lead authentically. Learn to listen and communicate effectively. Think strategically and about the bigger picture, aligning efforts with your or companies end goal. Focus on building mental resilience, this is essential because it equips leaders to navigate challenges, uncertainties, and high-pressure situations with composure and effectiveness. This will enable you to make clear rational decisions not ones fuelled by emotion.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I enjoy spending time with my boys, looking after our extensive range of pets and very recently started cycling!
