Job Title: Machine Operative
Location: Rothley, Leicester, LE7
4 on 4 off Shift Pattern:
2 Days - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2 Nights - 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Pay Rate Per hour: £11.45 - £14.31(After Training)
Key Duties:
- Ensure smooth running of Packaging Machines
- Facilitate product change overs including the loading of polyethylene reels
- Operate the log saw efficiently when needed
- As a Machine Operative you will troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Perform quality checks on productions as needed
- Conduct small maintenance tasks and adjustments
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- As a Machine Operative you should possess excellent teamwork capabilities
- Strong communication skills
