Laser Machine Operator

We are seeking an CO2 Laser Machine Operator for a well-established company that has been present in Loughborough for 50 years. Come and work as an CO2 Laser Machine Operator for the experts in Point of Sale and Merchandising, working close to Loughborough Town Centre.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with an hourly salary of £11.44 but rates are negotiable depending on experience.

Pay for the CO2 Laser Machine Operator role:

£11.44 per hour with overtime after 40 hours if required. Rates are negotiable depending on experience.

About the CO2 Laser Machine Operator role:

• Setting and operating Trotec CO2 Laser machines.
• Programming the Laser machines using coreldraw and altering drawings in autocad.
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Machining mainly printed sheet material and jigging mouldings to the required design.
• Maintain a high-quality standard.
• Undertake standard operator machine checks.

About you:

• Need to have a can-do attitude.
• Willing to learn.
• Be dedicated.
• Be punctual.
• Competent in maths and fluent in speaking and reading English.
• Computer literate.
• Experience and technical ability in programming CO2 Laser machinery.
• Knowledge and understanding of coraldraw.

The details:

• Monday to Thursday 07.45 to 16.30 & Friday 07.45 to 15.15
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime rates after 40 hours
• Weekly pay
• Holiday pay

Pay:
£11.44 per hour with overtime after 40 hours if required. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
